First you go to Settings
Then Click on Comments (Click on image to see bigger)
Scroll down/look for "Show comments in a popup window?" And Click on YES! Click on Save
NOTES: Remember to select what blog you want it on. If you want the blogger toolbar then remove this: #navbar-iframe {height:0px;visibility:hidden;display:none}
More NOTES: This will be good on blogs, you will get more comments! ALSO CLICK ON COMMENTS TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!

Looks lovely.
Some areas of improvement.
In Layout, There are 4 "Add A Gadget" areas spread out all over the page.
This should be 1 "Add A Gadget" on the right side.
Also currently, adding a gadget and moving it can create a gadget that spans the entire page and messed up your layout.
Second, adding a banner is a pain. There are 3 separate images spread out along the top.
This could be consolidated to just 1 banner image, so it would be a lot easier for us to add our own banners without removing links for your gif files.
Other than those two problems, I love it.
